Welcome to Isla Lune! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Isla Lune Inc. Isla Lune operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services through devices you own or manage.

To access or purchase products, you may be required to provide certain information. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, product colors, textures, and appearance may vary due to device differences. We do not guarantee that products will appear exactly as depicted.

Descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation requests may not be accommodated after acceptance. If we modify, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

All orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You agree that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

4. PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge all amounts due. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, and layout—is owned by Isla Lune Inc., its licensors, or third parties and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit any portion of the Services without our written permission.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and do not endorse them. Your interactions with third-party websites are at your own risk.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Isla Lune. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of purchases or products. You expressly release Shopify from liability relating to your transactions with Isla Lune.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries.

11. FEEDBACK

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and publish that Feedback for any purpose.

You represent that you own the rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may remove Feedback that we deem inappropriate.

12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders without prior notice.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

  • to violate regulations or laws

  • to infringe intellectual property rights

  • to harass, defame, or harm others

  • to submit false or misleading information

  • to upload viruses or malicious code

We do not guarantee that use of the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isla Lune Inc. and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Services or products.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isla Lune Inc., Shopify, and our affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Isla Lune.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and all transactions with Isla Lune are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. You consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in British Columbia.

22. HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

24. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Isla Lune pajamas. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with original tags and packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

  • For preference returns (wrong size, changed mind), you pay return shipping.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Sale items (final sale)
