ISLA LUNE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

At Isla Lune, we want you to love your pajamas. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Our Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Return Shipping

For preference-based returns
(e.g., changed mind, wrong size):
→ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
→ Isla Lune covers return shipping and will offer a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Shopify processes refunds immediately

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take 5–10 business days to complete the transaction

Processing times vary by financial institution.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items
