Shipping policy

ISLA LUNE – SHIPPING POLICY

Every order ships from Victoria, British Columbia.

Canada

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the day your order ships.

United States

Express International shipping is $20 USD. Delivery times are set by the carrier and customs.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Processing

Orders are packed and sent from Victoria. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian statutory holidays, and delivery estimates start once the order leaves us rather than at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. Those are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when your order ships. If a tracking number is available for your shipping method, it will be in that email.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email olivia@islalune.ca with your order number and we will make it right. Isla Lune covers return shipping on anything defective, damaged, or incorrect.
