Shipping

Where does Isla Lune ship?

Across Canada and to the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free everywhere in Canada, with no minimum order. Shipping to the United States is $20 USD.

How long will my order take?

Standard shipping within Canada arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Orders to the United States ship express.

The pajamas

What are they made of?

100% cotton. Nothing blended in.

What sizes do you carry?

XXS through XXL, in both the tops and the pants.

What size should I order?

The fit is relaxed and runs true to size, so take your usual size. If you want more room to move at night, size up.

Can I buy the top and pants separately?

Yes. Every top and every pair of pants is sold on its own, so you can match a set or mix two colorways.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Cotton softens with every wash, so they get better the longer you have them.

Where are they made?

Designed in Victoria, British Columbia. Small-batch made, fair wages.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, plus your order confirmation or receipt.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping is yours. If something arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, we cover the return shipping and you choose between a full refund or an exchange.

How do I start a return?

Email olivia@islalune.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the return is approved, then your bank or card provider takes 5 to 10 business days to finish the transaction.

Is anything final sale?

Gift cards, and anything bought on sale or with a discount.

What currency are prices in?

Canadian dollars.

Do you restock?

We make in small batches, so pieces do sell out. Join the email list and you'll hear about restocks and new colorways before they go up.
