We want you to love your Isla Lune pajamas. If you're not completely satisfied, you're welcome to return items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  
• Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  

Return Shipping:

• You cover return shipping costs for preference returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind).
  
• If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
  

Refund Timeline: Once a return is processed, expect your refund back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Shopify typically processes refunds immediately, but banks may take up to 10 business days to complete it.
